Our own toolmaking enables short and flexible reactions to the requirements of our customers.
Our already existing customer relationships include well-known companies from the lock and fitting industry, from window and gate construction, filter technology for construction and agricultural machinery, the automotive sector, the lamps and lighting industry, mechanical engineering, the furniture industry and sanitary needs.

PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION 

With our CAD / CAM system, we support our customers during the planning phase of the component. The import of the CAD data is possible in the following formats:
2 D:

  • .dxf
  • .dwg
  • .pdf
3 D:
  • IGES
  • STEP
  • Parasolid
These data are processed for tooling in our modern tool shop. Fill-image simulations support the optimal design of the tool.

REALIZATION

With regard to the later manufacture of the components, we develop an individual tool design based on the materials used and the planned service life. We pay special attention to the following key points:

  • Purpose of the component
  • used material / eg height of glass fiber content
  • Quality / Tolerances to other components
  • lifespan 
  • possible weak points for the intended purpose
In order to provide our best possible consulting service and to be able to contribute our many years of know-how, it is important to contact us at an early stage.

Due to the existing technical equipment, we are able to keep the predominantly customer-specific tools in a well-maintained and always productive condition. Due to the short distances, production losses are avoided, guaranteeing on-time delivery of the items at all times.

In addition to minor repairs and changes, we are also able to perform complete new tooling.

Our many years of experience and our own construction team help us to realize the constantly increasing customer requirements. 

PRODUCTION

MACHINERY 

Our injection molding machines are state-of-the-art. With a clamping force of 35 t to 550 t, they produce technically complex parts weighing between 0.3 g and 1469 g from all thermoplastics. To remove the parts, we are supported in complex automation systems.
The material supply of this state-of-the-art production line is controlled by a central conveyor with upstream drying. In this way, we can permanently guarantee a consistent material quality. 

PRODUCTION PROCESS

After completion of the tool design and definition of the production parameters, we will produce a first sample together with a test report and a pilot run. The regular production takes place only after release of the component by the customer.

As part of regular production, regular measurements are used to monitor the prescribed measures and, if necessary, initiate immediate corrective measures. These optimized processes ensure a low-backlash production at all times. 


ARBURG LEITRECHNER

The control and monitoring of the production parameters is ensured by the ARBURG master computer. This system gives us the opportunity to track the individual customer orders in real time and to submit a statement about the current status at any time.

DOMESTIC EQUIPMENTS

Our quality assurance accompanies and verifies our products within the framework of ISO 9001: 2015 with the help of a modern CAQ system and the latest 3D measuring technology from production to dispatch. The other measuring equipment required for production monitoring is subject to regular testing.

Through regular auditing by an external auditor and continuous training of our employees, we are always up to date with quality control.

HOLISTIC QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The quality of the parts produced in our house has a long tradition with us. Already since the year 1992 we deal with this topic within the framework of our own quality management system.
Our own quality standards are ensured by a systematic, holistic management system, which involves every employee in the activities. This system has grown steadily over the years and has been constantly developed in cooperation with our qualified specialist staff. Through this continuous process, we are able to meet the ever-increasing demands of our markets and our customers. In particular, instruments such as a Babtec CAQ system or machine-related process monitoring (ALS) are used and actively implemented. More information can be found here www.babtec.de. To support we have the latest measurement technology, such as a 2 D profile projector and a 3 D coordinate measuring machine.
For us, the principle of error avoidance rather than fault detection is in the foreground. This is the guideline for consistent quality planning and its realization. This is the only way to achieve controlled and capable processes that are constantly being optimized.
Our philosophy is to achieve maximum customer satisfaction through the highest quality standards, constant on-time delivery, high flexibility and reliable customer service. Our management system is certified according to the standard DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015. Error-free processes and products must therefore be developed, planned, implemented and secured together with customers and suppliers. For this purpose, the consistent avoidance of constructive and process-related causes of error at the earliest possible date is a basic prerequisite through suitable preventive quality planning measures.
The guideline for the development, introduction and continuous improvement of a comprehensive quality management system is the ISO 9001: 2015 in the currently valid versions.
